• Title: The full title of the book.
• Image: The cover art of the book.
• Caption: A brief description of the cover art of the book. Be sure to properly credit the cover artist.
• Author/Authors: The credited author(s) and/or writer(s) of the book.
• Illustrator/Illustrators: The credited illustrator(s) of art in the book.
• Cartography: The credited individual(s) that created the maps used in the book.
• Photography: The credited individual(s) that took the photography used in the book.
• Cover Artist/Cover Artists: The credited cover artist(s) of the book.
• Editor/Editors: The credited editor(s) of the book.
• Proofreading: The individual(s) credited with proofreading the book.
• Publisher: The credited individual and/or company that published the book.
• Publication date: The date(s) the book was published.
