Biography

Background

Dandy arrived to Save Harbour directly from the streets; she doesn't remember any prior home or orphanage, nor has Versa been able to track down identity documents for her (so far). Since they didn't know her name, Versa and the Safe Harbour staff started referring to her as Dandelion or Dandy.
